Our tour of the south begins in the town of Ribeira Brava, known for the charm of its raging waters. From there we continue to Ponta do Sol, the place where the sun never sets, a beautiful and cultural village. Continuing on, we visit the banana district of Madalena do Mar, where you can see some traditional fishermen’s houses. Then we arrive at Calheta, a place known for its artificial light sand beach and the production of rum from sugar cane. From here we continue to the mountains of Prazeres, where there is an agricultural animal center to visit and where you can taste homemade jam.
